How should I care for my silver jewellery?

To keep your silver looking its best, avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes. Store it in a dry, cool place when not in use. You can use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine if it starts to dull.

Do you take custom orders?

I do sometimes – it depends on what you’re after and how full my order book is.

I've lost one of a pair of earrings, can I buy a single replacement

It is so frustrating to lose a single earring from a pair of your favourite earrings, I totally understand.
I will sell a single earring if you get in touch, however I do advise that this isn't always suitable for some styles as each pair is handmade individually to match as closely as possible so I cannot always guarantee a match for a single earring.

Do you offer a discount?

As a small business, it is difficult to offer big discounts that you might see in the high street chain stores. I do sometimes run special offers, events and sales, and the occasional discount code via my newsletter which you can sign up for here

How do I know my ring size?

If you don't currently know your ring size, I recommend purchasing a Ring Sizer, these are affordable and re-usable and allow you to try various ring sizes for comfort.

Top Tip: your fingers swell during the day, especially on hot days, cold fingers tend to measure small, so try the sizer at different times.

Can I include a gift note?

Absolutely. Just leave a note at checkout and I’ll handwrite your message on a card to include in the box - no extra charge.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Sadly, I don't currently offer international shipping.

Are all your pieces Hallmarked?

Hallmarks are only compulsory on Sterling Silver if the precious metal item weighs more than 7.78 grams.

All pieces weighing 7.78 grams or over will of course be Hallmarked.

I choose not to Hallmark pieces under the statutory weight due to the additional cost and time implications in relation to the value of the piece.

I will happily arrange for any piece to be assayed and marked, but there will be an additional charge for this service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, unless specified differently on a product listing. (Made to order can take up 2-5 working days).

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail – free second class delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after dispatch.

There is an option at checkout to upgrade your postage to First Class postage, which is 1-2 days.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

I don’t label my items as hypoallergenic, but I do use high-quality sterling silver for all ear wires and posts.

If you have a known sensitivity, please get in touch before ordering and I can advise further.

Can you make me a gold version of your piece?

As a self-taught Silversmith, I've never worked with Gold, and I'm a firm believer in sticking to what you do and doing it well.

Do get in touch if you are looking for some work in Gold, I would happily share some recommendations with you.

I am purchasing something as a gift, do you offer gift wrap?

Absoloutley, you can add Gift Wrap and a Gift Message at checkout. Gift wrap is offered at an additional charge.
You can also choose to send your gift directly to the recipient.
