In general terms
- ready to ship items are sent Free of Charge, Second Class as standard within 1-2 business days if in stock
- Fine silver made to order items or pre-order items will be sent in line with the timescales given on the product listing.Typically Fine Silver Made to Order Items will be sent in 3-5 business days
If your order is a mix of in stock and pre-order / made to order items, the in stock will be sent first and the other items will follow at no additional shipping cost unless you state at checkout you are happy for them to be shipped together.
Fine Silver Jewellery items are posted using Royal Mail Signed For Second Class postage free of charge, alternatively you can pay an upgrade fee for Royal Mail Special Delivery Guarantee insured postage.
